They can be piled in the storeroom together with other items. There are two types of plastics used for making furniture: thermoplastics and thermosets.

Environment-friendly, thermoplastics are those that can be melted down and reprocessed. Furniture made of thermoplastic has loose molecular chain bond that makes it flexible.

The complete opposite of thermoplastics, thermosets or thermosetting polymers is used as support in furniture making. They will burn when heated up.

Metal

Having the topmost liquefying points and densities, metals can be shaped in different forms without being broken. They can be changed into wires. Wrought iron, aluminum, and steel are the kinds of metals used for making furniture.

Although metals require low maintenance, they are long-lasting. They do not oxidize and can be used in a traditional- or modern-themed room. They are available in various sizes and shapes and are comfortable. Chairs made of metals have ventilation holes.
